The Governed AI App Factory

Describe the workflow.
Ship a governed AI app.

Frontline turns a plain-English workflow into a real, running business app — grounded in approved knowledge, gated by human approval on risky actions, and provable with a signed Trust Receipt behind every decision.

What makes it different
Config, not code
each app is configuration on one governed runtime — not a three-month build
Governed by default
approvals, policies, and access control are on before you ship
Verify it yourself
every AI action carries a signed receipt anyone can check
Verify it yourself

Every AI action ships a receipt. Try to forge one.

This is a real receipt, signed by Frontline's key. Edit any field below — the signature stops matching, checked in your browser against the public key alone. No database. No server to trust.

The signature covers this digest. Nothing’s been touched — it verifies against the public key.

  • No black box. It checks entirely in your browser against the public key — you don't have to trust us.
  • Tamper-evident. Change one rupee and the Ed25519 signature breaks. There is no forging a receipt.
  • Honest scope. A receipt proves what happened — the action, the policy it passed, the human who approved — not that the model was right.
  • Portable proof. The same receipt verifies for an auditor, a regulator, or your customer, with the public key alone.
The public key is pinned and anchored in Frontline's transparency log — so a forged receipt can't smuggle in a forged key.
One platform · studios that compose

The Architect is the front door. It doesn’t stop at the app.

Describe a workflow and the Architect ships a governed app. The same platform is a set of studios that compose — shape the conversation, automate the follow-through, reach any channel — with governance woven through every one.

Architect

Describe a workflow → a real, governed app: data, agents, policies, and bespoke UI.

Live

Conversation Studio

Design how the AI talks — grounded answers, objectives, and per-surface experiences.

Available

Automation Studio

Author automations from a brief, change them in plain English, and rehearse before they act.

Available

Communication Studio

One governed turn on Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, and the web — same rules, same receipts.

Governance is the spine — the same rules run inside every studio, and every action leaves a signed Trust Receipt.
Grounded Human on risk Rehearsable Signed

Architect and governed chat are live today. Automation Studio, rehearsal, and channels are available per tenant — governance is on in every mode.

How it works

From a sentence to an accountable, running app.

No app is generated as arbitrary code. The Architect emits configuration for one fixed, governed runtime — so everything it ships is safe by construction.

01

Describe

Say what it should do, in plain English. No schema, no glue code — the brief is the spec.

Describe the workflow

The Architect compiles

Frontline generates the data model, governed agents, policies, and workflow — as configuration for one fixed, safe runtime.

03

It runs governed

Answers only from approved knowledge, escalates risk to a human, and enforces row-level access — by default, never bolted on.

It proves every action

Each decision leaves a signed Trust Receipt — verifiable with the public key alone. Not audited after the fact; provable by construction.

Why this matters

A demo that talks is easy. A system you can trust is not.

Pilots impress. Production demands grounding, policy control, escalation, and evidence — by default, not as an afterthought.

A chatbot demo impresses — then invents answers in production
Answers only from approved knowledge, with source attribution on every reply
Agents take risky actions with no human in the loop
Policy engine escalates risk to the right reviewer before anything ships
You can't prove why the AI did what it did
Every action emits a signed, independently verifiable Trust Receipt
Knowledge changes are impossible to govern or audit
Approval-gated sources, versioned prompts, full change history
Every business app is a fresh 3-month build
The Architect emits config for a fixed runtime — ship in days, not months
Generic copilots don't understand your workflow
Bespoke entities, workflows, UI, and agents tuned to the job you described

What’s under the hood

One governed runtime. Every studio inherits it.

Not features you wire up per app — the fixed foundation the Architect configures, so everything it ships is grounded, governed, and auditable from day one.

Connects to your stack

Governance on every tool call.

The Architect infers the systems a workflow needs, binds them with scoped permissions, and signs a Trust Receipt each time an agent uses one.

Auto-detected connectors
The Architect infers the CRMs, inboxes, and data sources a workflow needs, and matches them to what you have already connected.
Scoped tool bindings
Least-privilege scope, per-agent allow-lists, and readiness gates that block risky launches.
A receipt per tool call
Signed evidence for every external action — what was called, with which inputs, under which policy, approved by whom.

Live in production

Hosachiguru’s AI Frontdesk answers approved project questions, qualifies visitors, captures interest, books site visits, escalates pricing and legal to a human, and hands sales a structured, audited summary.
